By creating an account and using the StagingRents platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service allows you to browse staging inventory, create staging proposals, manage staging orders, and communicate with StagingRents regarding your home staging needs. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Individual staging orders are subject to their own lease agreements and terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, lease duration, and return policies. These staging-specific terms will be presented to you at the time of each order.
By creating an account, you agree to receive automated status updates about your stagings via email and text message. Message and data rates may apply. You may manage your communication preferences, including opting in or out of promotional messages, in your account settings at any time.
We respect your privacy and will never sell, rent, lease, or give away your personal information (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) to any third party. Your information is used solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service.
All content on the Service, including images, text, logos, and software, is the property of StagingRents and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
StagingRents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific staging order giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
